Our electrocoagulation system is an advanced wastewater treatment solution that utilizes metal hydroxide produced by soluble metal anodes during flocculation to effectively remove contaminants from water. The system primarily uses aluminum or iron anodes, which are cost-effective and readily available.

Electrocoagulation System Principle

The system operates through three key electrochemical processes:

Electrochemical reaction: Fe→Fe²⁺+2e⁻

Anodizing reaction: 2OH⁻→2[O]+2e⁻→O₂+2e⁻

Cathode reduction: 2H⁺+2e⁻→2[H]→H₂

These oxidation and reduction reactions continuously occur on the plates, providing effective wastewater treatment through:

Strong oxidation from nascent oxygen [O] (comparable to UV, H₂O₂, and O₃)
Powerful reduction from nascent hydrogen that breaks chemical bonds
Effective removal of COD, chromophore functional groups, and multi-chain compounds

Safe and convenient: Embedded isolated voltage circuit ensures electrical safety with comprehensive protection against phase loss, overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, and zero voltage conditions

Energy efficient: Utilizes Fe(OH)₂ and Fe(OH)₃ as natural coagulants, eliminating the need for additional polymers
